Gavin Guthrie is a Performer raised in Oklahoma. When he saw the national tour of The Phantom of the Opera in Kindergarten, he fell in love with theatre and began to reenact it hundreds of times for his parents and his weary neighbors. Gavin went on to earn a Bachelor of Music in Music Theatre at Oklahoma City University and perform with notable regional companies across the country.

As a Choreographer and Educator, Gavin has spent four summers as a resident Choreographer and Director for Stillwater Children’s Theatre, as well as other Oklahoma based educational theatres, including KidsAlive!, Oklahoma’s premier Children’s Theatre specializing in giving kids of all abilities performance opportunities. Gavin believes that Theatre is a magical art form with the ability to change, heal, and teach.
When not on stage, you can find Gavin leisurely roaming the aisles of Target, sitting at his favorite coffee shops, or listening to true crime podcasts while knitting.
